Notes about Canyon course

About Booking

• You can reserve Rail-mtb via online and e-mail.
• When making a online reservation, please read carefully the instructions coming out according to the procedure, please be sure to confirm the reservation completion mail.
• If there is a vacancy in the seat, you can book the tour on the day.
• In local reception,You can not use credit card.Please pay in cash.I am sorry!
• If your child is driving a bike,we ask the exact height. So please measure your kid’s height in advance.
• Please make advance booking as much as possible.
• Regarding cancellation on the day, we may get a cancellation fee except special circumstances. (Cancellation fee of the day: 50%)

About Bikes and How to ride Rail-mtb

• Kids whose height is less than 145 cm can not pedaling a bicycle. Please sit down in the middle auxiliary seat.
• Pedaling​ ​primary school student must always make pair with adult.
• For safety, at the Canyon course​ ​Children of preschool children can not get on even if they are auxiliary seat.
• In the case of 2 adults pedaling, the auxiliary seat in the middle is used empty
•  The number of auxiliary seats is this number regardless of adult children.Viewing seat for 1 person only.
• Can not pedaling who are hugging or Piggy back a child.
• Pregnant women can not ride any kinds of seat because the vibration is too strong and there is no obstetrics and gynecology hospital in the town.
• If you have cardiac disease, please do not ride a bike and board the bench seat or viewing seat. In addition, please tell the staff about your health condition before staring tour so that we can take prompt action in the case of an emergency.
• Guest who drinking alcoholic,can not pedaling bicycle.Please sit down on auxiliary seat.

 

For the Day of the Tour

• On the day of reservation​ Please visit ​local reception at 15 minutes before start time . Customers who are not coming to the local reception even after the start time may be canceled.
• There is a leakage points inside the tunnel. Please use it with OK clothes even if it gets dirty on the day.
• Wear any clothing for riding bike (Shoes with heels or Beach shoes is not allowed) Because your pants may become dirty by the iron rust of rail on rainy day, please bring a rain jacket, etc..
• Please wear a helmet during the tour. We have helmets for you, but you can bring your own.
• Please be sure to wear safety belts while pedaling. (Prepared locally)
• We have tours in rainy weather. However, if the weather goes to very dangerous,we cancel the tour. We will contact all participants by e-mail immediately after we decide to cancel.
• In addition to the above, the event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note. (In the case of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail with the person who made the reservation)
