【Clothing & What to Bring】

Please wear clothing suitable for riding a bicycle.
Flip-flops, sandals, and shoes with heels are not allowed. -
There may be water dripping inside tunnels, so we recommend wearing clothes that can get a little dirty.

On rainy days, your clothes may get stained by rust from the rails.

Please bring rainwear such as a raincoat.
【Safety Equipment】

All riders must wear a helmet during the ride.
Helmets are provided on site. You may bring your own helmet if you prefer. -
Riders who pedal the bike are required to wear a safety harness during the ride.
Safety harnesses are provided on site.
【Notes for the Canyon Course】

The Canyon Course includes riding over high places such as bridges.
If you are uncomfortable with heights, we recommend that you do not participate. -
Restrooms at the station are temporary facilities.
If you have difficulty walking or standing, we recommend choosing the Town Course.
【Important Information for Participants】

For safe operation, guests with physical disabilities must inform us at the time of reservation.

If your group or family composition does not meet the participation requirements,you may be denied boarding on the day of your visit.

【Operation & Cancellations Due to Weather】

The ride operates even in rainy weather.

However, operations may be canceled if heavy rain, lightning, or other conditions are deemed unsafe by the organizer.

If operations are canceled, we will contact all guests with reservations by email.

The event may also be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

【Cancellation Policy】

Cancellations made on the day of the reservation may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, except in special circumstances.

If you need to cancel, please complete the cancellation process by the day before,using the reservation confirmation email.
