Please check in at the on-site reception no later than 20 minutes before
your scheduled departure time.

【Clothing & What to Bring】

  • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for riding a bicycle. Flip-flops, sandals, and shoes with heels are not permitted.
  • As there may be water leakage inside the tunnels, we recommend wearing clothes that you don’t mind getting slightly dirty.
  • In rainy weather, clothing may become stained due to rust from the rails.
    Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.

【Safety Equipment】

  • All riders are required to wear a helmet during the ride.
  • Helmets are provided on site.If you prefer, you are welcome to bring and use your own helmet.

【Important Notes for Participation】

  • For safe operation, if any participant has a physical disability or requires special assistance, please be sure to inform us at the time of reservation.
  • If the reservation details do not match the actual group composition or family arrangement, we may refuse boarding on the day of the ride, even if a reservation has been made.
  • Before making a reservation, please be sure to check the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) on our official website.

【Operation & Cancellations Due to Weather】

  • The ride will generally operate even in rainy conditions.
  • However, in the event of heavy rain, lightning, or other hazardous conditions, the management may decide to cancel the scheduled ride and all subsequent rides for safety reasons.
  • If operations are canceled, we will contact all guests with reservations by email.

  • Please note that the event may also be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

【Cancellation Policy】

  • For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee may be charged, except in special circumstances.
  • If you need to cancel, please complete the cancellation process by the day before via the confirmation email.

【Agreement】

By making a reservation for the Town Course, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these guidelines and terms of use.
